Can I use my existing phone number?
Unfortunately, if your existing phone number can't be forwarded to ours then it is not possible to use it
Call-in phone number is always shown on the website and on the printed Burn Permit
Can I use your Call-in system without purchasing your Fire Department Theme?
Currently you need the Fire Department Theme
How long does a call take to register a burn?
A normal registration call is 35 seconds
Any System limitations or restrictions applied?
Yes, if you exceeded 1200 minutes of inbound calling per year you will be charged extra
Can I purchase more minutes if needed?
Yes you can. Local number would be an additional $15 and Toll Free would be $18.50 for additional 100 minutes of in-bound calls
Can I carry over minutes from year to year?
No you can't but you do carry your monthly minutes over from month to month till the end of the current billing period
Can I submit an enchancement to the system?
Yes. We would love to hear your ideas for making this Call-in System the best it can be for you and your fellow Fire Departments

Can we cancel at any time?
Yes. Since billing is yearly, we'll refund any unused months based on the yearly fee paid at time of your renewal
